Reservations for Vistara will not be accepted after November 12 due to the ongoing merger with Air India.

On the other hand, until November 11, Vistara will accept reservations and conduct regular operations.

The firm stated, “Starting on September 3, 2024, customers will gradually no longer be able to make bookings with Vistara for travel on or after November 12, 2024.” (Reuters)
Customers of Vistara will no longer be able to book flights with the airline as of November 12. This comes after the Indian government formally approved Singapore Airlines’ request for foreign direct investment in Air India.

“We received formal approval for Singapore Airlines’ Foreign Direct Investment in the future Air India,” the airline stated in a statement. This is a crucial step in our Vihaan.AI mission to build a top-tier, international airline with an Indian soul, and it opens the door for us to now start the remaining procedures to combine Vistara and Air India.
