Salman Khan Offers Prayers Barefoot at Maharashtra Minister Ashish Shelar’s Home for Ganpati Darshan

On Monday, Bollywood star Salman Khan visited Maharashtra minister Ashish Shelar’s residence in Bandra West to seek blessings during Ganpati Darshan. Several photos and videos from the event surfaced on social media, capturing Salman’s heartfelt participation in the ritual.

In the clips, Salman was seen barefoot standing reverently in front of the altar with folded hands, offering prayers to Lord Ganesha. He also received prasad and tika (forehead mark) as part of the ceremony. During the visit, he posed for pictures and was presented with a photo frame by Ashish Shelar.

The actor arrived with a heavy security detail, bodyguards, and a convoy of vehicles. For the occasion, Salman wore a casual checkered shirt paired with blue pants.

Ashish Shelar shared some pictures from the visit on X (formerly Twitter), writing in Marathi that Salman had visited their Bandra West Public Ganeshotsav Committee’s Ganpati for darshan.

Just last week, Salman and his family performed the Ganpati visarjan (immersion) with music, dhols, and heartfelt rituals, which he shared on Instagram. The ten-day Ganesh Chaturthi festival begins on the fourth day of the Hindu lunisolar month of Bhadrapada and concludes on Anantha Chaturdashi.
